Ithacos.com (“Ithacos”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Ithaca Project S.R.L., a Romanian limited liability company, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J40/2300/2020, fiscal code (CUI) 42279386, with its registered office at Str. Transilvaniei nr. 54, et. 1, ap. 4, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania. By using this site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
Ithacos is a workspace, currently in development, that helps small manufacturers prepare and organise their Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) documentation. Right now the site offers free tools: a CRA scope check, a CRA readiness survey, and an early-access waitlist. When the full product opens for accounts, additional terms will apply and will be presented to you at sign-up.
Everything on this site — including the scope-check result — is general information to help you prepare and document. It is not legal advice, it does not certify conformity with the CRA or any other regulation, and it does not replace your own conformity assessment or the advice of qualified counsel. You remain fully responsible for your product’s compliance.
The scope check produces an indicative result based solely on the answers you give and on our reading of the CRA at the time, identified by a ruleset version shown with the result. If your answers are inaccurate, or the regulation, its harmonised standards, or official guidance evolve, the result may no longer hold. Results are delivered through a private link; anyone with the link can view that result, so share it deliberately. Results are deleted automatically after 12 months.
Use the site lawfully and honestly: do not attempt to disrupt it, probe or circumvent its security or rate limits, scrape it at scale, or submit information you know to be false or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.
The site, its content, design, and the Ithacos name and wordmark belong to Ithaca Project S.R.L. or its licensors. The information you submit remains yours; you give us permission to process it as described in our privacy policy, and survey answers may be used in aggregated, non-identifying form in our research findings.
The free tools on this site are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ithaca Project S.R.L. is not liable for damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and if you use the site as a consumer you keep every protection that the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you.
How we handle personal data — and the fact that we set only strictly necessary cookies — is described in our privacy policy.
We may update the site and these terms as the product evolves; the “last updated” date above always reflects the current version. These terms are governed by Romanian law, and disputes go to the competent courts of Bucharest, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
